Since the foyer is the first impression of a home, the goal was to create a spectacular and environmentally-friendly focal point for this grand, Colonial-style house. Black and white marble tiles were carefully selected for the floor and the pattern was specifically designed to accent the foyer and galleries. The mouldings throughout were chosen for a touch of refined elegance. The chandeliers and sconces add sparkle and sophistication.

The elevator has been designed to provide accessibility and to bring a modern amenity to the house. For the elevator floor, the same marble tiles were used in a smaller size, and the walls were uniquely decorated with a hand-painted mural.
